Take it from my experience, I gained Exalted with pretty much every faction with a mount when I played. Aerie Peak and Chillwind Camp both have a quest or two in them. I hate to put it, but there are not a lot of Exodar quests except in Zangarmarsh in the Outlands, conveniently a 61-62 lvl requirement.
Off to cloth farming for you my friend. It was a long, depressing, and costful road, but I did it. You can do it too!

Alliance Leveling Guide
If you’ve already done ALL the quest in the starting area then start doing cloth turn in’s. Exodar is one of the easier places to gain rep with. Wait till you try farming rep with gnomeregan exiles.
